Advisory of the Day

During the day-to-day planning process, we'll be responsible for organizing and coordinating your event day, managing all vendors involved and the pre- and post-event schedule. We'll oversee the setup and teardown of the party so you can relax and enjoy every moment. We'll ensure everything is running smoothly and, most importantly, in accordance with the contract. We'll also be responsible for aligning all vendors and other stakeholders.

Ceremonial

Our role as a wedding planner is to dedicate ourselves to the procession. The wedding planner will orchestrate the entire process of your event. We'll create itineraries, manage the entrance procession (groomsmen, bridesmaids, pageboys, flower girls, etc.), organize and optimize formal photos, and keep an eye on the bride and groom at all times. We'll be the couple's eyes throughout the party, ensuring everything is running smoothly.

It is also the ceremonial that will deal with possible unforeseen events and surprises that may arise during the party.

Consultancy

The planner will be on hand with you. We'll talk to the bride and groom to understand not only their expectations for the day, but also the couple's and guests' profiles, and, crucially, the budget available for the event! Once that's done, it's time to prioritize, and if everyone is in agreement, it's time to get to work.

From there, we'll suggest suppliers, provide guidance on contracts, alert you to deadlines, and monitor the contractors' work. Phew! Tired? Don't worry, there's more! Consultants will do everything possible to solve problems, deal with any setbacks and unexpected events along the way. That last step alone is worth a lot, isn't it?!
